Tremco AlphaGuard Bio (UV Exposed Membrane) Top Coat:

This top coat is designed to be used in conjunction with Tremco Exposed Waterproof Alphaguard Bio (Base Coat), providing a complete composite waterproofing system. The top coat is available in Grey and White colors to suit your aesthetic preferences and regulatory requirements. Its high solar reflectance in the White option reduces operational costs and complies with Section J1.3(b) of the 2019 NCC.

USAGE/PURPOSE

AlphaGuard BIO is ideal for roof restoration, providing a continuous waterproof membrane with extensive durability in the harsh Australian environment. Please note: Tremco Exposed Waterproof Top Coat is meant to be used in conjunction with Tremco Exposed Waterproof Base Coat for optimal performance and waterproofing results.

LIMITATIONS

• Do not apply when ambient temperatures are below 5°C
• Do not adhere to polystyrene of any kind.
• Not for use over coal tar pitch, corrugated metal roof systems or silicone-based coatings and sealants.
• Do not apply to damp or contaminated surfaces
