This product is a high-quality, single-component water-based primer that prepares various roofing substrates for the application of Tremco Exposed Waterproofing’s AlphaGuard BIO system. This environmentally friendly primer promotes adhesion and provides a solid foundation for the waterproofing system.

Usage and Application:

• Follow the specified method of application for best results
• Thoroughly mix the primer before use with a spiral paint mixing paddle
• Apply at a rate of 2 – 5 m2/L or 0.2 – 0.5 mm WFT to the entire area, including repair areas
• Re-prime exposed areas if left exposed for longer than 24 hours

LIMITATIONS

• Not to be used as an external trafficable coating.
• The surface temperature for product application should be between 10°C – 35°C. The curing process may cease at temperatures below 10°C. Where relative humidity is >85%, dry times may be affected.
• Do not apply when rain is imminent.
• Do not allow material to freeze.
