Product Description:
MAXGRIP is a quick-setting hydraulic compound, a blend of cements, additives, and aggregates. This pourable, non-shrinking cement-based solution is designed for rapid setting, making it ideal for various applications in the water/sewer management, road/rail, construction, building, and heavy industries.

- Setting anchor bolts, rail posts, signposts.
- Anchoring parking meters, reinforcing rods, and fixtures.
- Installing heavy machinery, hooks, pulleys.
- Constructing park seats, bridge railings, and partitions.
- Creating safety rails, handrails, and flag/light poles.

Anchoring Mortar for Masonry:
Application: For mortar patching, ensure a clean surface and mix MAXGRIP with water. Apply in successive layers, allowing for optimal bonding. Use in ambient conditions above 5 ºC, avoiding frozen or frosted surfaces.
Curing: Cover with a wet cloth for better curing and protect from high temperatures and sun.
Anchoring and Grouting: Drill holes in sound concrete, place anchor bolts, and pour MAXGRIP for quick and strong bonding. Cure times vary based on temperature.
Product Test Data:
- Compressive strength at 7 days: 44.4 Mpa.
- Pullout strength for a 22 mm bolt in an 80 mm hole: 109,546 Kg/cm².
- Setting time (Vicat): 15 minutes.
Recommendations: Ensure hole size is 3 times the bolt size, and depth is 5 times the bolt diameter.
