Product In Detail.

Suitable Primer or Use with:

  • Good preparation is essential.
  • Surfaces must be sound, stable, dry, clean and free of dust, loose, flaking, friable material and substances that may diminish adhesion.
  • Remove either mechanically or by manual wire brushing or other means any loose material, contaminants and other adhesion reducing agents such as rust, dust, friable matter, wax, oils and grease.
  • New concrete should be allowed to cure for 4 weeks.
    A preliminary test must be done on siliconised tiles.
  • Users must determine compatibility with surfaces, adhesion and staining.

Resiflex FC Joint Sealant

Resiflex FC is a fast cure, flexible, single component, high modulus, polyurethane sealant in 600ml sausages. Resiflex FC is used to seal and provide waterproofing to: joints, gaps, corners (fillets), penetrations, cracks, bonding tiles and ridge tiles and bonding plastic and metal angles to concrete, timber and FC sheeting substrates.

Resiflex FC Coverage

The stated average coverage rate may vary depending upon type, condition, porosity, texture of the surface and application technique. Approximate coverage (strip length) per 600ml sausage:
  • 36 Lm for Joints  4mm Wide X 4mm Deep
  • 10 Lm for Joints 12mm Wide X 10mm Deep.

Limitations

  • Use for intended purpose only. Use in well ventilated areas.
  • Observe good industrial hygiene. The use of rubber gloves is recommended.
  • Product is flammable. Keep away from flame and sources of ignition.
  • Contains isocyanates. If on skin, wash immediately with soap and water.
