For nonporous surfaces such as metal and PVC,
abrade the surface to be treated before priming with Enviro Prime ME and Enviro Prime 789
respectively.

Product Description:

Enviro 700X is a cutting-edge Australian-made waterproofing solution, featuring a single-component, low-odor, moisture-cured polyurethane elastomer formula. This versatile system, suitable for both vertical and horizontal applications, creates a seamless, durable, and flexible membrane that effectively safeguards structures against water penetration.

Typical Uses:

Ideal for industrial, commercial, and residential applications, Enviro 700X produces a seamless, impervious, and durable waterproof membrane. It excels in wet areas, podiums, basements, walls and floors, retaining walls, plant rooms, bathrooms, and balconies.

Suitable Substrates:

Enviro 700X is compatible with various substrates, including new concrete (cured for a minimum of 28 days), fiber cement sheets (walls, min. 6mm), renders and screeds (cured for min. 7 days), compressed fiber cement (min. 15mm), wet area-grade plasterboard walls (min. 10mm), and wet area-grade plywood (PAA).

Application Guidelines:

Apply Enviro 700X using a brush, roller, or squeegee, ensuring a required Dry Film Thickness (DFT) in 2 coats. Follow minimum application requirements set by the NCC and relevant Australian Standards. The product is suitable for use over particle board.

• Product must not be applied in rain or if wet weather is imminent.
• Do not apply to damp or contaminated surfaces or directly over protective coatings.
• Product must not be used as a UV stable coating
