TREMprime Non-Porous Primer
One-Part, Low Odour Primer, used to enhance adhesion of Tremco Polyurethane Products to Non-Porous Substrates TREMprime non-porous primer is a one-part primer, used on metal or plastic substrates to enhance the adhesion of all Tremco polyurethane sealants and membranes.Usage/Purpose TREMprime non-porous primer may be used on all metal, plastic, and other non-porous substrates prior to application of Tremcoโ€™s polyurethane sealants and membranes.Features & Benefits
  • Low VOC makes it more contractor friendly when used in areas where solvents may be an issue

Limitations

  • Not to be used as a coating/barrier.
  • Not to be used on porous surfaces, especially stone as it may promote staining.
  • When applied in enclosed areas, the dry time of TREMprime Non-Porous Primer will be dramatically increased. As such, Tremco recommends adequate ventilation and air flow to promote sufficient drying times.
  • Storing or installing TREMprime Non-Porous Primer in cool or high relative humidity environments will dramatically increase the time needed for the TREMprime Non-Porous Primer to cure.
