TREMproof 201/60R Overview

TREMproof 201/60R is a high-performance, single-component, high-solids polyurethane waterproofing membrane. Designed to be applied primer-less to most concrete applications, it is perfect for a range of surfaces including concrete, wood, and prepared masonry.

• Planter Boxes (when used with Anti-Root Additive)

• High-Solids Formula: With a minimum of 85% solids, TREMproof 201/60R helps contractors achieve the correct dry film thickness easily by allowing quick measurement of wet film thickness.

Priming Requirements

• Metal and PVC Surfaces: Requires TREMprime Non-Porous Primer. Refer to the product data sheet for detailed application instructions.
• Surface Conditions: Do not apply on frosty, damp, or wet surfaces. Ensure substrate temperatures are between 4°C and 43°C for optimal curing. Cure times are based on standard conditions of 23°C and 50% RH, with extended times in lower temperatures and humidity.

LIMITATIONS

• Not for use in submerged or gas vapour conditions.
• Do not apply to damp or contaminated surfaces.
• Not to be used as an exposed or trafficable surface.
• Use with adequate ventilation.
• Not approved for direct contact with Bitumen-based products.
• Not for use with potable water.

• Do not apply over a curing or forming oil compound.
• Not suitable for use as a waterproofing membrane beneath tile bed/ screed or tiled finished floors.
