We use third party shipping and delivery services for Regional & Interstate, where delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances thus we are not in control of any delays or missed timelines. We try our level best to ensure smooth and hassle-free delivery of our products on our side, on your side you agree to ensure;

• That the address and contacts are up to date.
• Ensure to receive your delivery in person or notify us via delivery notice before checking out about your preferred delivery spot that if you are not available to receive and you want us to drop it off on site or front door. 
• If delivered by our drivers, you will receive a Phot evidence of delivered items at your address. Any claim of damaged goods, or delivery complains need to be made within 24 hours with photo evidence or else we do not accept any claims of delivery or damaged goods.
