Shipping and Deliveries

For Greater Sydney, Wollongong, Central Coast & Blue mountains deliveries are made by our own drivers and is 99.9% on time. We use third party shipping and delivery services for Regional & Interstate, where delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances thus we are not in control of any delays or missed timelines. We try our level best to ensure smooth and hassle-free delivery of our products on our side, on your side you agree to ensure;

  • That the address and contacts are up to date.
  • Ensure to receive your delivery in person or notify us via delivery notice before checking out about your preferred delivery spot that if you are not available to receive and you want us to drop it off on site or front door. 
  • If delivered by our drivers, you will receive a Photo evidence of delivered items at your address. Any claim of damaged goods, or delivery complains need to be made within 24 hours with photo evidence or else we do not accept any claims of delivery or damaged goods.
Please Note: We aim to deliver all Sydney orders within 24 Hours however if we receive your order after 2PM Friday, we will postpone it to Monday unless you select same day delivery which incurs delivery charges.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges are calculated based on your Delivery Address Postcode at view cart or Checkout page while placing your order, registering your account or editing your billing and shipping addresses. Make sure to enter correct Postcode to avoid incorrect calculations of delivery charges.

  • Free Delivery is offered for Greater Sydney Regions Only (Selected Postcodes) and requires a minimum purchase amount of $350.
  • Delivery amount charges (for purchases under $350) are calculated-charged with a base price of $38.50 Inc. GST plus $5.50 Inc. GST for every additional product added. 
  • Outer Sydney Deliveries (2 Days*) are charged a base price of $66.00 Inc. GST plus $11.00 Inc. GST for every product added.
  • Call 0435 001 661 if your post code is not listed or for trade account discounts and regional deliveries.

Liabilities

We do not accept liabilities for stolen or theft of products from your property. You agree to make sure either receive your delivery in person or drop off spot is safe.

Instant Dispatch Delivery and Free Next Day Delivery is for Greater Sydney Only. Payment approval conditions apply to both mentioned delivery types. Purchase before 4PM condition apply for Free next day delivery.

All other deliveries depend on delivery companies schedule and may take 5-7 Business days.

Products on Back Order is subject to availability, opening hours and handling clause of manufacturer and may be cancelled if discontinued products.

Product Inspections

You agree to inspect the product upon delivery for any damages, wrong product or wrong delivery and let us know immediately.

You agree to know about the product and are licenced technician and/or applying according to manufacturer’s instructions at your own risk.
