PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

MAXSEAL® SUPER is a high-performance cement-based waterproof coating formulated with special cements, carefully graded aggregates, and advanced organic and inorganic additives.

Its unique crystallisation and osmotic technology penetrates concrete capillaries, sealing pores and micro-cracks to create a monolithic waterproof barrier. Once applied, the product crystallises within the structure, blocking water ingress while allowing vapour diffusion.

Ideal for use on both fresh or cured concrete, pre-cast elements, cement renders, bricks, and masonry. Suitable for positive and negative water pressure, it ensures long-term protection against moisture, salt attack, and corrosion.

⚒️ Coverage & Application

• Mix with 6–7 L water per 25 kg bag.
• Apply 2 coats (cross direction), total consumption ≈ 2–2.5 kg/m².
• Can be dusted or brushed on fresh or cured concrete.
• Apply between 10–30 °C. Avoid frost, rain, or direct heat during curing.
