Once mixed only with water, it provides a high-performance flexible coating, for waterproofing and protection of concrete against positive and negative pressure. It is an alternate to the Maxseal Flex 2 Part which makes it easy to use and save time.

Product Limitations

  • Cannot be used as the final coating inside swimming pools
  • Must not be applied over polyurethane membranes
  • Not suitable on surfaces contaminated with oil, paint or loose material
  • Application must be on a wet substrate (not dry, not with standing water)
  • Very thin or overly thick coats will affect performance
  • Requires 5 days curing before permanent water immersion
  • Efflorescence must be treated prior to application
  • Do not add cement, sand, or admixtures to the mix
  • Not compatible with primers (except SEALTIGHT after salt treatment)
