Transform Uneven Concrete with Crosbe CROSflow 815 Trade Leveller
Whether you are tackling a commercial floor refurbishment or preparing a residential new build, Crosbe CROSflow® 815 Trade Leveller is the professional choice for subfloor preparation. This high-performance, cement-based self-levelling underlayment eliminates dips, ridges, and imperfections in old or new concrete slabs, ensuring a perfectly flat foundation for final floor coverings.
Industry-Leading Safety & Advanced Eco-Packaging
CROSflow 815 sets a new standard for job site safety and sustainability. Classified as Non-Hazardous for Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS), it contains less than 0.1% RCS, drastically reducing airborne health risks during mixing.
Additionally, it comes packaged in durable, weather-resistant Polyethylene (PE) bags. These innovative bags prevent product loss from moisture damage on site and are 100% recyclable, helping you reduce project waste.

Application & Mixing Instructions
1. Surface Preparation
Concrete subfloors must be structurally sound, clean, dry, and free of contaminants (wax, grease, paint, or old adhesives). Mechanically prepare the slab via diamond grinding, scarifying, or shot blasting to achieve an open, porous texture. Do not acid etch. Vacuum all remaining dust using an H-Class industrial vacuum with a HEPA filter. Subfloors must comply with AS 1884 (less than 75% relative humidity).
2. Priming
Apply CROSflow® Primer using a soft brush or broom. For highly porous concrete, a second coat may be required once the first has fully absorbed. Allow the primer to dry completely into a clean, thin film (typically 1–2 hours) before pouring the leveller.
3. Mixing
Measure 4.5 to 5.0 litres of clean, potable water into a mixing vessel. While stirring with a high-shear electric mixer (minimum 600 RPM) equipped with a forced-action paddle, slowly add the 20kg bag of CROSflow 815. Mix for 2 to 3 minutes until completely lump-free.
⚠️ Important: Do not mix by hand, do not use a standard concrete mixer, and never overwater the mix.
4. Application
Pour the mixed compound immediately onto the primed floor and spread using a long-handled gauged spreader. The product will self-level within the first 10 to 15 minutes. Always maintain a wet edge to blend consecutive pours seamlessly. Wearing spiked boots is highly recommended to protect the fluid surface. Clean all tools with water immediately after use.
