Duram Multithane Y is a professional-grade, moisture-curing polyurethane waterproof membrane engineered to provide superior waterproofing performance in residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Once cured, it forms a seamless, highly elastic Class III membrane capable of accommodating structural movement while maintaining excellent waterproof integrity.

Its single-pack formulation eliminates mixing requirements, making installation faster and more reliable. The self-levelling properties create a continuous 100% bonded membrane without joints, laps, or weak points.

Designed primarily for non-UV exposed applications, Multithane Y delivers exceptional waterproofing protection beneath tiles, screeds, landscaped areas, podium decks, retaining walls, balconies, terraces, and structural concrete elements.

For exposed waterproofing applications, Multithane Y must be top-coated with Duram Multithane ATC.
