Professional Directions for Use
1. Substrate Preparation
Ensure the host surface is structurally sound, clean, and entirely dry. Concrete must be cured for a minimum of 28 days with moisture content tracking under 4.5% using a Tramex CME 4 Moisture Meter. Mechanically prepare concrete to a minimum Concrete Surface Profile of CSP3 using shot-blasting or scarification to completely clear surface laitance. Metal surfaces require an abrasive blast to AS 1627.4:2005.
2. Mixing Procedure
Enviro Prime P2 is supplied in exact pre-weighed components. Mix Part A and Part B individually first. Pour the entire contents of Hardener (Part B) into the Resin (Part A) container. Blend thoroughly using a low-speed mechanical mixer (under 400 RPM) for at least 30 seconds until completely uniform.
3. Application Method
Apply immediately via squeegee, brush, or roller. Back-roll with a medium nap roller to work the liquid into any remaining profile voids. For enhanced mechanical hold and membrane hang-up, broadcast selected quartz aggregate directly into the wet primer layer.
4. Clean-up & Maintenance
Clean tools immediately prior to product hardening using Enviro Thinners No.1 or Thinners No.7. Once cured, the material can only be unseated through mechanical grinding.
