DELTA®-TERRAXX: High-Performance 3-Dimensional Drainage Composite

The DELTA®-TERRAXX system is a professional-grade drainage solution engineered by Dörken Systems Inc. for demanding vertical and horizontal subsurface applications. This silver-colored composite provides a reliable, continuous path for water discharge, effectively relieving hydrostatic pressure buildup against foundation walls and civil engineering structures.

Advanced Dual-Layer Material Composition

DELTA®-TERRAXX features a sophisticated two-part construction designed for maximum structural integrity:

1. High-Density Drainage Core: The 9mm dimpled HDPE core is engineered for extreme impact and tear resistance. It provides a massive compressive strength of 8,900 psf (426 kN/m²), ensuring the drainage path remains open even under intense soil pressure.
2. Permanent Filtration Geotextile: A high-strength, non-woven gray polypropylene (PP) geotextile is heat-bonded directly to the dimples. This specialized layer is engineered to prevent soil particles from clogging the flow channels, maintaining high flow rates over the life of the structure.

Superior Water Management & Protection

DELTA®-TERRAXX acts as both a drainage layer and a mechanical protection board. By creating a 3-dimensional air gap, it allows subsurface water to pass freely into the core where gravity feeds it safely to the footer tiles. This process prevents water from sitting against the structure, significantly reducing the risk of moisture ingress.

As part of the DÖRKEN Group’s commitment to sustainable building, DELTA®-TERRAXX supports efforts toward achieving LEED® certification for New Construction, Core and Shell, and Residential projects. It is non-toxic, non-polluting, and rot-proof.
